What Is Champagne??

The Art of the Wild Tasting Session
The Perrier-Jouët tasting session was conducted by Jean-Baptiste Gouvril,Pernod Ricard品牌大使，Perrier Jou_t和G.H.Mumm,through a pairing by Chef Jeff Ramsey,Chef Ambassador of Perrier-Jouët Malaysia,Babe–Japas娱乐餐厅的老板，亚搏国际娱乐一家现代的日本法式餐馆。品尝过的香槟与菜肴完美结合，因为葡萄酒和餐厅都具有现代性。The tasting session consisted of 3 champagnes,Perrier Jou_t Belle Epoque 2008，the Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut and the Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé.
Perrier Jou_t Belle Epoque 2008年
The Belle Epoque has a significant floral head note,which reminds you of white peach with a subtle sweetness.这款香槟含50%的霞多丽，45%黑比诺和5%梅尼尔比诺葡萄。This wine is matured for 6 years and has a translucent appearance with hints of green.这款香槟带有淡淡的柑橘味和白桃香味，长而均衡的口感，不重，not too light.这种香槟最好搭配白肉和海鲜。

The second champagne was the Grand Brut,花香果香的香槟，with a medium body.这款香槟由20%的霞多丽酒组成，40% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier grapes,with 12-20% of reserve wine added.This wine has a pale-yellow coloration,and has the head notes of floral and ripe fruits,with undertones of a buttery mouthfeel.Hints of vanilla and grapefruit is also noted.This champagne is best paired with food that is not too heavy,但不要太轻，perfect with umami heavy flavours such as foie gras or oily fish.
Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé
